Description Clärchens Ballhaus, Auguststraße 24, Berlin. That street and its neighbors were by far my favorite part of Berlin. The art galleries are stacked in there, and there are cafes and artists' workspaces and interesting shops (like an open-source software center, design stores, and bookshops) and cafes like this one. The open area in front is a cafe; the inside is a dance/performance space, I believe.
