Description Cachoeira dos Pretos_Há várias lendas sobre a cachoeira. O próprio nome já dá uma dica que essas lendas são da época da escravidão. Umas delas conta que os negros, fugidos na região, imitavam o rei Zumbi, do famoso Quilombo dos Palmares. Zumbi quando estava preste a ser preso, pelo Bandeirante Domingos Jorge Velho,teria saltado num abismo, gritando a frase: “MORRER MIL VEZES DO QUE VIVER ESCRAVO”. Só que os escravos da região, em vez de pularem em abismo, escolhiam a cachoeira dos pretos.
