Os vinhos Cabrita Wines são produzidos na Quinta da Vinha, na região do Algarve, em Portugal, propriedade da família Cabrita há meio século. José André, o primeiro proprietário, plantou vinhas paralelamente ao seu comércio de fruta. As castas tradicionais do Algarve foram a sua primeira escolha, o que levou à produção de excelentes vinhos para a sua família e amigos. Anos mais tarde, o seu filho e atual proprietário, José Manuel Cabrita, deu continuidade aos dois negócios e trouxe inovação aos métodos tradicionais que herdou do pai. Em 2007 nasceu o primeiro vinho com a marca Cabrita. Pela elevada qualidade e singularidade dos seus vinhos, a procura levou José Manuel Cabrita a adquirir mais duas vinhas, a construir uma adega moderna, uma sala de barricas com temperatura controlada, e uma requintada sala de provas, pensada para partilhar histórias e momentos únicos.
