Gennemarbejdet detailstudie på grundlag af de to yderste venstre figurer i kompositionsudkastet td 582a,1 Tegningen repræsenterer modelstudiets fase, hvor de enkelte figurer gennemarbejdes. Formentlig er begge figurer tegnet efter samme model, som også går igen i td 582a,2. Den pletvis påsatte lavering minder om Davids malemåde, når han anlægger et ma-leri, jvf. opmalingen af ansigtet i det ufuldførte portræt af Mme. Trudaine (?) fra c. 1791-92 (Paris, Louvre). Jvf.
