English: This is the SEM(Scanning Electron Microscopy) image of the diamond film grown on seed-processed Si(100) substrate by hot filament chemical vapor deposition. This diamond was synthesized in 99%H2 and 1.0%CH4 gas mixture. The deposition times were 2 hours. |
