Description
English: A most striking member of the Myrtaceae is the Barrens Regelia. Regelia is a genus of five species endemic to the south-west plus one species from the Kakadu area in the Northern Territory. This is the largest species, a shrub of up to 3 meters, with flowering spikes 3 to 4 centimeters across. It grows amongst quartzite rocks on the Barrens.
