Description
English: The ribbon is cut on the new headquarters building of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force's Central Readiness Force during a ceremony held March 26, 2013, on Camp Zama, Japan. Among those cutting the ribbon on the new facility were U.S. Army Japan and I Corps (Forward) Commander Maj. Gen. Michael T. Harrison Sr., Central Readiness Force Commanding General Lt. Gen. Masahiro Hidaka, and the mayors of Zama City and Sagamihara City, where Camp Zama is located.
