Description
Français : Légume riche en antioxydants, en vitamines et minéraux, il est bénéfique pour la santé; mais il est déconseillé pour les affections urinaires. Il peut être consommé d'avril à octobre. Il faut éviter le cresson sauvage, il faut le consommer dans les 72 heures après récolte, le choisir très vert et très frais. Bien que connu depuis très longtemps pour ses bienfaits, il n'a été cultivé en France que depuis le XIXème siècle. Il est surtout cultivé en Ile de France dans le département de l'Essonne. Ici une cressonnière dans la région de Méréville.
English: A vegetable rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, it is beneficial to health; but it is not recommended for urinary ailments.It can be eaten from April to October. Wild watercress should be avoided, it should be eaten within 72 hours after harvest, and it should be very green and very fresh. Although known for a very long time for its benefits, it has only been cultivated in France since the nineteenth century. It is mainly grown in the Ile de France in the Essonne department. Here is a watercress farm in the Méréville region.
