Description
English: Bangor, Wash. (Dec. 13, 2016) Rear Adm. Frederick Roegge, commander, Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, pins an enlisted submarine warfare device “dolphins” onto Seaman Steven Kongsy, from Anaheim, California, while visiting the Blue crew of the Ohio-class ballistic-missile submarine USS Louisiana (SSBN 743). During Roegge’s two-day visit to Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor, he toured submarines, visited with Sailors and conducted an all hands call. (U.S. Navy photo by Petty Officer 1st Class Amanda R.
