Description
Español: Quito, 9 de enero 2019.-

1. Conocimiento de las renuncias al cargo de los siguientes asambleístas: Patricio Mendoza, Roberta Zambrano, Carlos Falquez (miembros de la Comisión) y Ricardo Zambrano (Presidente de la Comisión); remitidas por la Secretaría General de la Asamblea Nacional a esta Comisión, y, posesión de los asambleístas suplentes.


2. Elección del Presidente de la Comisión Especializada Permanente de la Soberanía Alimentaria y Desarrollo del Sector Agropecuario y Pesquero.


3. Recibe a representantes de la Federación Nacional de Productores de Plátano del Ecuador, a fin de que expongan sus argumentos, en relación al proyecto de Ley que regula la Producción y Comercialización de Banano, Plátano, Orito y otras Musáceas afines.


4. Resolución sobre el Informe para primer debate del proyecto de Ley que regula la Producción y Comercialización de Banano, Plátano, Orito y otras Musáceas afines” ante el Pleno de la Asamblea Nacional, con ocasión de las renuncias presentadas por los asambleístas Ricardo Zambrano Arteaga y Carlos Falquez Batallas, designados como ponentes del referido informe.


5. Conocimiento del informe final de gestión del asambleísta Ricardo Zambrano, en su calidad de Presidente saliente de la Comisión.
