Nederlands: Medaille. Een zilveren militaire Willemsorde (Ridder 4e klasse) voor bijzondere krijgsverrichtingen. De orde, in de vorm van een malthezer kruis met de beeldtenis van Koning Willem III, is bevestigd aan een oranje-groen moirée-zijden lint, waarop een metalen clip met de tekst "Atjeh 1911-'14".
Het zilveren kruis was gewikkeld in een kleine prijscourant met de vermelding van de prijzen van de medailles/eretekens, het materiaal en de afmetingen. De prijscourant is afkomstig van de Ridderorden-Fabriek Firma J.M.J. van Wielik, Noordeinde 9, Den Haag (Hof- en Rijksleverancier enz.). Het zilveren kruis en de prijscourant zijn verpakt in het originele zwart/goudkleurige kartonnen doosje met deksel, waarop aan de binnenkant het kenmerk van de Firma J.M.J. van Wielik, Hofleverancier van H.M. de Koningin Moeder van de Nederl. en Luxemburgsche Kanselarijen enz. Verder de tekst: Fabriek van alle Nederlandsche en Vreemde Ridderorden en Eereteekenen, ridderlinten, strikken enz. .
