Nederlands: Repronegatief. Ook op Borneo zorgden de krokodillen voor veel, vaak dodelijke, ongelukken. Krokodillen vergrepen zich aan mensen, vee en huisdieren. Het bestuur loofde dan ook vanaf 1858 premies uit voor het vangen en doden van krokodillen en het inleveren van krokodilleneieren. Op de foto wordt een gevangen krokodil ingeleverd bij de Assistent-Resident, ongetwijfeld om de premie te incasseren. Toch was het geen succesvol programma. Weinig mensen gingen alleen voor de premie achter een krokodil aan, omdat krokodillen zowel bij de Dajaks (in het binnenland) als bij de Bandjarezen een voorname plaats innamen in het volksgeloof.
