Nederlands: Set rijk versierde deuren die toegang gaven tot de binnenplaats van een huis. Op de deuren is een geometrisch patroon uitgesneden dat in verschillende kleuren beschilderd is. Het patroon is opgebouwd uit stermotieven. Het centrale motief op de bovenste helft van de deuren is de achtpuntige ster. Dit motief wordt geflankeerd door rozetten en kleinere stermotieven. Het motief van de achtpuntige ster herhaalt zich in een ander geometrisch patroon op de onderste helft van de deuren.
Beide deuren zijn onderverdeeld in twee helften door de aanwezigheid van een horizontale balk in het midden visueel gescheiden worden. De onderste helft van de deuren is in het midden versierd met een rand met houtsnijwerk met bloemmotieven. Dergelijke deuren werden veel gebruikt in herenhuizen (riyads) en paleizen in de hofsteden van Marokko. De geometrische patronen zijn kenmerken voor de Arabisch-andalusische kunst in Marokko. Het principe van de geometrische patronen in deze kunst gaat uit van een aantal vaste vormen waarmee de meest ingewikkelde patronen gevormd kunnen worden. De deuren zijn afkomstig uit hetzelfde huis als deur 3833-297. De datering van de deuren is vermoedelijk 19e of vroeg 20ste eeuw. |
