Description |
English: Cast copper-alloy clothing fastener. Circular plate at centre with trapezoidal loop at one side and sub-oval extension opposite, with central circular perforation with engraved lines radiating from it. There are two further loops, one at the top and the other at the bottom, close to the trapezoidal loop. At the centre is a moulded ?cherub's head, with four conjoined curving bars which connect it to the outer circle, forming an openwork design. Surfaces slightly pitted. |
