English: GARISSA, Kenya - Garissa Boy's High School principal Harun Mohamed Yussuf (right) and U.S. Army Major Andrew "Rocky" Raczkowski share a moment at the base of a new concrete platform constructed to support a pair of 10,000-liter water storage tanks March 6, 2009. The new water system, a joint effort of the Kenyan government, the U.S. Embassy in Nairobi, military engineers, and a civil affairs team from Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, will provide clean, running water for the entire school which is located in a drought-stricken area. The concrete cistern, water tower, and pump house were designed by U.S. military civil engineers and the 414th Civil Affairs Battalion, currently assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa.
