Description A Cidade Histórica e os seus usos turísticos foron protagonistas hoxe na conferencia de imprensa na que participaron Martiño Noriega, candidato á alcaldía, e Jorge Duarte, arquitecto e número 3 da candidatura cidadá de Santiago. Noriega e Duarte anunciaron catro liñas de actuación que levará adiante Compostela Aberta como medidas prioritarias da súa acción de goberno, dentro do ambito afectado polo Plan especial da zona monumental: unha moratoria nos usos turísticos hoteleiros, unha nova regulación de zonas saturadas, desbotar o incremento dos usos vinculados ao ocio da nave 5 do mercado de abastos, e unha nova ordenanza de terrazas que elimine aquelas que están feitas com estruturas fixas e privatizan o espazo público.
