Description

Sala de comissões do Senado durante Comissão de Assuntos Sociais (CAS).

CAS faz reunião com 10 itens na pauta. Entre eles, o PLS 175/2008, que dá à participação dos trabalhadores nos lucros ou resultados das empresas o mesmo tratamento fiscal dado à distribuição de lucros ou dividendos aos sócios ou acionistas; o PLS 92/2014, que obriga os estabelecimentos de saúde a exibir tabela de preços dos serviços prestados aos usuários; o PLS 41/2014, que institui a carteira de identificação do paciente bariátrico e define regras para sua emissão, e o PLS 198/2014, que permite o saque do saldo do FGTS, quando o trabalhador ou qualquer de seus dependentes for acometido por doença grave.
