C02B73. Post-medieval domed thimble
Description
English: A cast copper domed thimble. The fine, circular indentations have been hand stamped in a spiral from the base to the top. There is a small bare area, or tonsure, at the apex of the dome. The rim of the thimble is quite thick and is chipped and damaged.
