This is the NAF Wash station bird. NOT VR48 which had C131H turbo prop Convairs.

Description A U.S. Naval Air Reserve Convair C-131F Samaritan (BuNo 141008) in flight off the coast of Florida (USA), in 1983. The aircraft was assigned to Transport Squadron VR-48 and operated from the Naval Air Facility at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland (USA). It was retired to the MASDC as 1G0028 on 29 August 1986.
