Description

In the twilight of their careers I managed to bag a few C-118s of the USN. 152687 was based at Keflavik (Iceland) until the early 1980s. She's now displayed at McGuire AFB in USAF-markings. Valkenburg, 23 April 1982. It's the only photo I have of this 'Dinosaur', taken with my own 200 mm lens plus a borrowed 2x converter.

The Neptune on the right is guarding the main gate.
