Description
  • 1907-Còrsega 259-261, cantonada Universitat 119 (avui: Còrsega 259-261 i Enric Granados 119). Casa Enric Llorenç, un edifici modernista a l'eixample, projectat, inicialment, per el Mestre d'Obres Josep Pérez Terrasa (Mèrida 1852-Barcelona 1906), i reformat, posteriorment, per l'Arquitecte Antoni Milàs Figuerola l'any 1916.
Aquest edifici, l'any 1907, va rebre la distinció d'edifici honorífic en el concurs anual que organitzava l'Ajuntament de Barcelona, placa, que encara avui, podem veure.
