Deutsch: Vorderseite: AVT KAI MA-KPINOC CEB [Autokrator Kaisar Makrinos Sebastos]. Panzerbüste des Macrinus mit Lorbeerkranz in der Brustansicht nach r. Die Münze ist nachgeschnitten, sichtbar etwa am Bart oder den Ornamenten am Panzer.

Rückseite: IEPAC / BVB/ΛOV [Hieras Byblou. Dahinter ein Stern]. Tempelbezirk der Aphrodite mit großem von Säulenhallen umgebenem Innenhof mit Propylon (Eingangsbau) samt Treppe. Im Hof ein obeliskenähnlicher Baitylos (Kultstein) der Göttin. Ganz l. Gebäude mit Giebel, Säulenfront und Freitreppe.
