English: By rail to Seal Sands Viewed from the North East Explorer Rail Tour of 10th May 2008, the rail connection to Seal Sands chemical works and refinery runs roughly eastwards between the brine lagoons and the nature reserve. Despite the presence of so much heavy industry, there is a considerable amount of vegetation. |
