Previously known variously as <a href="/photos/avlxyz/489731432/" rel="nofollow">Copper Chimney</a> or <a href="/photos/avlxyz/436322132/" rel="nofollow">Jom Makan</a>, both serving Muslim Indian food popular in Malaysia and Singapore, the latest incarnation is as Spice Kitchen, serving mostly Northern Indian food. David and I decided to go for the AUD9.90 lunch thali with 2 meat curries, naan, rice, papadum, salad and raiti, except mine was missing the raita. The butter chicken wasn't bad, creamy with bits of cashew nut, but a bit underspiced. The beef vindaloo was spicy hot, but again, lacking in the other warming spices, and very over seasoned! They also had a AUD12.95 All-You-Can-Eat lunch and dinner buffet, with 1 meat curry, 1 veg curry, butter chicken and potato and capsicum curry today, seekh kebab of minced lamb, onion bhaji, rice, garlic naan, papadam, salad and raita.
