Butter murukku/ chakli is a crispy and soft snack from southern India which use butter as significant ingredient.

Description
English: Super easy recipe to be tried by everyone at home. Butter which is the significant ingredient for this, is used while mixing the dough which when fried renders soft murukku. Rice flour, chana flour, jeera, sesame, salt and butter is used to make this murukku. Chilli is not used in this recipe to keep the butter flavor highlighted.
