Description
English: La "botifarra" is a typical Catalan dish, they can be white (without blood) or black (as this one, with porc blood mixed with the meat). There are other more types...
Català: Butifarra negra cuita.
Español: Aunque ambas lleven sangre, lo que les otorga el color oscuro una vez cocidas, no hay que confundir las butifarras negras catalanas con las morcillas. En esta foto se aprecia una butifarra catalana con el corte. las butifarras se comen crudas y cortadas en lonchas.
Français : Photo d'une boutifarre catalane, en ce cas noire (avec du sang de porc). Il ne faut pas les confondre avec des boudins. Les "botifarres" se mangent froides en fines tranches, comme d'autres charcuteries, et sont d'origin catalan.
