  • Subjects (LCTGM): Stores & shops--Washington (State)--Seattle ; Business districts--Washington (State)--Seattle;
  • Subjects (LCSH): Stores, retail--Washington (State)--Seattle ; Third Avenue (Seattle, Wash.);

Despite the title on the University of Washington site, cannot be the east side of 3rd Avenue; it is presumably the west side of the indicated block, which would make this the Bailey Gatzert House, now the site of the Lyon Building. Compare File:Seattle, 1892 (SEATTLE 1076).jpg: the Scurrey Building and other large buildings to its left in that photo fill the east side of the 600 block.
