Description
English: A 13th century baptismal font from Burseryd parish church in the western part of Småland, Sweden. On display at the National Historical Museum's Medieval Ecclesiastical Art exhibition in Stockholm. The Runic inscription can be approximately translated as: "Arnbjörn made me, Vidkun priest wrote me and here will I remain for a long time."
Svenska: En 1200-tals dopfunt från Burseryd kyrka i västra Småland. Utställd på Historiska museet i Stockholms permanenta utställning om medeltida kyrkokonst. Runtexten har tolkats: "Arnbjörn gjorde mig, Vidkun präst skrev mig och här skall jag länge stånda." Den har signum Sm 50.
