BURPEE'S SADDLE=BACK is the best Wax Bean in cultivation While productive and profitable to grow for market, the SADDLE=BACK, unlike niaDy recent " novelties," is of the most superb quality, surpassin all other Wax Beans in the rich flavor of its stringless, fleshy pods. Burpee's Saddle-Back Wax Bush Bean. In combining handsome appearance for market and rare quality for table use this is unapproached by any other variety in cultivation. The growth of the bush is vigorous. It is a very profuse bearer, the plants in ordinary field culture usually bearing from twenty-five to forty pods each. The pods are long, round, very full of meat, and are abso- lutely stringless. When the pods are broken between the beans there is no open space,—the pods being filled with meat, and can be sliced like a cucumber without showing any hollow space. We have received letters of most enthu- siastic praise, with which we could fill many pages, all going to prove that BURPEE'S SADDLE-BACK is unequaled in quality, with handsome, fleshy pods as thick as they are wide and always absolutely stringless. Per pkt. 10 cts.; per pint 25 cts.; per quart 50 cts., postpaid. fi^See Bulk Prices, page 80. YOSEMITE MAMMOTH WAX BUSH BEAN. The Yosemite, or Monster Wax, combines fine quality and productiveness with enormous size. The mammoth pods average eight to ten inches in length, are the thickness of a man's finger, full of fleshy pulp, and of a rich, golden color, making a most handsome appearance either on the plant or on the table. Per package 10 cts.; pint 25 cts.; quart 50 cts., postpaid.
