Description
English: Blue Blazer Cocktail, still burning, just before being served. The blue blazer consists of high-proof spirits (usually Whisky) and boiling water. The mixture is ignited and, while burning, poured several times from one metal mug to another. Photographed in the bar "Kleines Phi", Hamburg, Germany.
Deutsch: Blue Blazer Cocktail, noch brennend, kurz vor dem Servieren. Der Cocktail besteht aus hochprozentigen Spirituosen (üblicherweise Whisky) und kochendem Wasser. Die Mischung wird angezündet und brennend mehrfach zwischen zwei Metallbechern hin- und hergeschüttet, dann gezuckert und serviert. Die Aufnahme entstand in der Bar "Kleines Phi", Hamburg.
