Description
Deutsch: Soldaten der Bundeswehr beim Nahrungsverzehr mit "Gamellen" (1983). Truppenintern wurde das Geschirr als "Chappie-Panzer" (nach der Hundefuttermarke) bezeichnet. Zumindest in der ersten Hälfte der 1980er Jahren war dieses Essgeschirr in der BW nicht sonderlich beliebt. Falls es auf Manövern/Übungen mal ein "Highlight" gab (z.B. Schnitzel/Bratkartoffeln/gem. Salat oder Spagetti-Bolognese/Salat/Quark-Nachtisch) hatte man keinen Platz mehr für das "Kaltgetränk"... Feldflasche oder Konservendose?... Es war immer ein "Balanceakt"... Das Zusammenstecken der Schalen wurde "Fress-Hantel" genannt. In Einheiten mit hoher Übungsfrequenz wurde deshalb (intern) der Gebrauch von privaten Plastiktellern genehmigt.
