Zu den tüchtigsten Gewerkschaftsmitgliedern im VEB Herrenmode Dresden zählt die Kleidungsfacharbeiterin Petra Schuschwary (l), Vertrauensmann ihrer Brigade - hier mit ihrer Kollegin Hannelore Ressel beim Prüfen der Qualität der Schnitteile. Petra Schuschwary kandidiert auch in diesem Jahr bei den Gewerkschaftswahlen wieder für dieses Amt. Die Gewerkschaftsgruppen des VEB Herrenmode haben entscheidenden Anteil daran, dass die Wettbewerbsverpflichtungen zu Ehren des 25. Jahrestages der DDR bereits Ende Juli erfüllt werden konnten. Bis zum Jubiläum der Republik wollen die Bekleidungsarbeiter den Wert der zusätzlichen Warenpoduktion nun auf insgesamt 7,3 Millionen Mark erhöhen.
