Das Haus im Vordergrund zeigt den 7-geschossigen Experimentalbau P2 in Frankfurt (Oder), Brunnenplatz, von 1965 (Projektierung 1963-64). Projektierungskollektiv: Hans Tulke, Paul Teichmann, Max Rauh, Ernst Kusatz. Entwurf durch den VEB Hochbauprojektierung Frankfurt (Oder). Der Experimentalbau nach dem Typ P2 ist statt in der später angewandten Plattenbauweise in Streifenbauweise entstanden. Er umfasste ursprünglich 31 1-RW, 64 3-RW und 17 4-RW. Heute ist das Haus komplett umgebaut und mit einer postmodernen Fassade versehen, welche den Urprungsbau unkenntlich macht.
