Zentralbild Franke 25.3.1964 Berlin: Der V. Kongress des Verbandes Bildender Künstler wurde am 25. März 1964 im Kulturhaus des VEB Werk für Fernsehelektronik fortgesetzt. Während einer Tagungspause besuchten namhafte Kongressteilnehmer, unter ihnen Otto Nagel (unser Bild), das Käthe-Kollwitz-Denkmal in Prenzlauer Berg.
