Oben v.l.n.r.: Trainer Karoly Soos, Nationalspieler Klaus Urbanczyk, Werner Unger, Hermann Stöcker, Otto Fräßdorf, Wolfgang Barthels. Mitte v.l.n.r.: Harald Fritzsche, Hans-Jürgen Heinsch, Hennig Frenzel, Gerhard Körner, Werner Linß, Klaus-Dieter Seehaus. Unten v.l.n.r.: Dieter Erler, Heino Kleiminger, Eberhard Vogel, Herbert Pankau, Manfred Weikert, Trainer Hans Studner. In den frühen Morgenstunden des 12.2.1964 trat die Fußball-Olympiaauswahl unserer Republik ihre Reise nach Afrika an. Vom 14.2. bis 19.2.1964 wird sie in der VAR drei Spiele austragen, danach am 23.2.1964 in Kumasi gegen die ghanesische B-Auswahl und am 26.2.1964in Acora zum ersten offiziellen Länderspiel gegen Ghana antreten. |
