For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Magdeburg, Architekt Zeichnung montierend Zentralbild Biscan 28.11.1963 60 Prozent Zeitleinsparung durch montierte Zeichnungen. Lagepläne, Grundrisse, Schnitte, Gebäudeansichten und Baustellen-Einrichtungspläne werden im VEB Hochbauprojektierung in Magdeburg kaum noch gezeichnet, sondern montiert und anschließend fotografiert. Die Architektenarbeiten zum Großteil nicht mehr mit dem Bleistift, sondern mit Schablonen, die auf weißen Blechtafeln von kleinen Magneten gehalten werden. Dadurch werden durchschnittlich 60 Prozent der Arbeitszeit eingespart. Seit Jahresbeginn konnten durch diese 2 D - Foto - Modellprojektierung mehr als 50.000 DM an Porjektierungskosten eingespart werden. UBz: Architekt Otto Albrecht beim Montieren einer Zeichnung. Die Schablonen können bliebig verschoben werden.
