For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Oberstes Gericht, Globke-Prozess, Aussage, Kasimisrcz Palka Zentralbild Stöhr-15.7.1963 Zweite Verhandlungswoche gegen Globke begonnen. Vor dem 1. Strafsenat des Obersten Gerichts der DDR begann am 15. Juli 1963 in Berlin mit dem 7. Prozeßtag die zweite Verhandlungswoche in der Hauptverhandlung gegen Dr. Josef Maria Globke, Staatssekretär im Bonner Bundeskanzleramt. Die Verhandlungen werden mit der weiteren Beweisaufnahme zum Komplex der Germanisierungsverbrechen Globkes und der faschistischen Machthaber in Osteuropa und in Länder Westeuropas fortgesetzt. UBz: Mehrere Zeugen, so der polnische Apotheker Kasimisrcz Palka (unser Bild), dessen Vater wegen Verkaufs von Fleisch an hungernde Juden ins KZ verschleppt wurde und dort umkam, bestätigten aus eigenem Erleben die unmenschliche Gerichtsmaschinerie in den überfallenen Gebieten.
