For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Oberstes Gericht, Globke-Prozess, Aussage, Charles Lederman Zentralbild Stöhr-10.7.1963 3. Tag des Globke-Prozesses. Vor dem 1. Strafsenat des Obersten Gerichts der DDR in Berlin wurde am 10. Juli 1963 die Hauptverhandlung gegen Globke fortgesetzt. Eine Reihe von Zeugen machten ihre Aussagen. UBz: Der Präsident der Vereinigung der Juden für Widerstand und gegenseitige Hilfe in Frankreich, Charles Lederman, Rechtsanwalt am Appellationsgericht Paris, der auf Beschluß des Gerichts als Sachverständiger gehört wurde. Er weist nach, daß die von Globke inspirierten, mitverfaßten und kommentierten faschistischen Rassegesetze und Verordnungen auch in Frankreich präzise angewandt wurden.
