For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Zentralbild-Koch Gal-Qu 30.12.1960 Teerverarbeitungswerk Resitz erhält neue Erdölspaltanlage. Eine moderne Spaltanlage zur Aufarbeitung von Erdöl wird 1961 im VEB Teerverarbeitungswerk Resitz die Produktion aufnehmen. Die neue Produktionsstätte entsteht gegenwärtig durch den Umbau einer Destillationsanlage. Beim Destillieren von Erdöl wird eine Ausbeute an flüssigen Treibstoffen von etwa 48 Prozent, beim Spalten jedoch von ca. 80 Prozent erreicht. UBz. Blick in das Pumpenhaus der Erdölspaltanlage, das bereits fertig montiert ist.
