Der Vorsitzende des Staatsrates der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik, Walter Ulbricht, empfing am 26.9.1960 im Amtssitz des Staatsrates in Berlin-Niederschönhausen das Diplomatische Korps. Erschienen waren die in der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik akkreditierten Diplomatischen Vertreter sowie die Leiter der Handelsvertretungen der Vereinigten Arabischen Republik und der Republik Finnland unter Leitung des amtierenden Doyen, CSSR-Botschafter Otto Klicka.
