Dennin, Bauern Milchproben nehmend Zentralbild Koch 15.12.1959 VIG Dennin: Hohe Milchleistung durch gute Futterwirtschaft. Durchschnittlich 3 500 kg Milch pro Kuh werden im VIG Dennin (Krs. Anklam) im Jahr produziert. Der Fettgehalt beträgt 3, 80 Prozent. Zur Zeit hält das Gut 240 Kühe. Die Planzahl für 1965 sieht 550 Kühe vor, die das Gut bereits 1963 haben wird. Als Hauptaufgabe betrachten es die Mitarbeiter, durch eine gesunde Futterbasis die Entwicklung der guten Viehbestände weiter zu verbessern. 18.000 dz Mais wurden in diesem Jahr einsiliert und bilden eine ausreichende Futterreserve. Im kommenden Jahr soll die Maisanbaufläche um weitere 15 Prozent erhöht werden. Der hohe Sommerzwischenfruchtanbau auf 14 Prozent der Ackerfläche hat sich sehr günstig auf die Leistungen im Stall ausgwirkt. UBz: Oberleistungsprüferin Christell Schmalzried vom Rat des Kreises Anklam, und Obermelker Willi Kunz, vom VEG bei der Milchkontrolle.
