For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. "Zentralbild-Biscan Froe-Ho. 2.1.1959 Magdeburg: GroÃfilter für die chemische Industrie. Im Magdeburger Schwermaschinenbau "Karl Liebknecht" wird im Filterbau fast ausschlieÃlich für die chemische Industrie der DDR und der anderen sozialistischen Länder gearbeitet. In Erkenntnis der besonderen Rolle, die dem Filterbau in unserer Volkswirtschaft zukommt, hatten die Kollegen alles getan, um gute Voraussetzungen für einen gesunden Plananlauf 1959 zu garantieren. Das ist ihnen gelungen. Auch haben sie nicht vergessen zu überlegen, inwieweit sie sich dem Aufruf der Belegschaft des Elektrochemischen Kombinates Bitterfeld anschlieÃen können. In einem Acht-Punkte-Programm wurden Verpflichtungen übernommen, die eine Steigerung der Produktionsergebnisse vorsehen. UBz: Metallputzer Erich Kaninke (links) und der zweifache Aktivist Rudolf Lippoldt, Brigadier der GuÃschweiÃer, bei der Arbeit an der Trommel eines 20-Quadratmeter-Trommelfilters, der im Laufe des Jahres auch an das Elektrochemische Kombinat Bitterfeld geliefert wird. Die Filterbauer des Liebknecht-Werks haben sich verpflichtet, dem EKB insgesamt fünf Vakuumtrommelzellenfilter termingemäà zu liefern." |
