Zentralbild Zühlsdorf 20.11.1958 Präsident Wilhelm Pieck verlieh Vaterländischen Verdienstorden Präsident Wilhelm Pieck hat auf Vorschlag des Präsidiums des Ministerrats fünf Persönlichkeiten der DDR in Anerkennung und Würdigung ihrer Verdienste im Kampf gegen den Faschismus und beim Aufbau der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik den Vaterländischen Verdienstorden verliehen. UBz: Der Chef der Präsidialkanzlei, Staatssekretär Max Opitz beglückwünscht den Vorsitzenden des Rates des Kreises Borna, Kurt Barthel (links), zu seiner Auszeichnung mit dem Vaterländischen Verdienstorden in Bronze.
