Zurow, Abriss eines Herrenhauses Zentralbild -Zühlsdorf 2.10.1958 Fahre mit - arbeite mit - regiere mit- Die Gemeinde Zurew, Kreis Wismar kann auf eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit ihrer Voksvertretung, den Abschluss der Nationalen Front und den Bewohnern zurückblicken. Das konnte Prof. Albert Norden in seinem Referat auf dem III. Kongress der Nationalen Front berichten. In dieser Gemeinde fand vor Aufnahme eine gründliche Aussprache in den Hof- und Hausgemeinschaften der LPG und allen MTS über den Perspektivplan der Gemeinde statt. Der Plan wurde auch vor allen Einzelbauern des Ortes gut geheissen. 48 Werktätige Einzelbauern und 5 weitere Mitglieder konnten für den Eintritt in die LPG gwonnen werden. UBz: Ein Teil des ehemaligen "Herrenhauses"" ist vor einigen Jahren niedergebrannt. Die Jugend von Zurow ist im Nationalen Aufbauwerk sehr aktiv und beseitigt den Schutt des verbrannten Gebäudes. Noch in diesem Jahr sollen dort acht Wohnungen gebaut werden.
