Zentralbild-Biscan 2.11.57 Der Aufbau verändert das Gesicht der Städte Wie Walter Ulbricht auf dem 33. Plenum des ZK der SED zu den Grundfragen des zweiten Fünfjahrplanes erklärte, sind die Investitionsmittel für den Wohnungsbau gegenüber dem ersten Fünfjahrplan auf 207 Prozent erhöht worden. "Wir wünschen," sagte Walter Ulbricht, "dass in Berlin, Dresden, Leipzig, Magdeburg, Karl-Marx-Stadt, Rostock, Neubrandenburg und einigen anderen Städten im zweiten Fünfjahrplan in den Stadtzentren mindestens 15.000 Wohnungen gebaut werden, und zwar so, dass sich das Gesicht der Städte verändert." |
