Bergmann unter Tage

Zentralbild Zühlsdorf 25.1.1957 Der Wehrpflicht den Rücken gekehrt Anfang Dezember 1956 kam der 20jährige Bergmann Erwin Gast aus Wuppertal in die Deutsche Demokratische Republik, weil ihm ein Musterungsbescheid für die Bonner NATO-Armee zugegangen war. Jetzt wohnt Erwin Gast in Rüdersdorf bei Berlin, Breitscheidtstr. 82. In diesem Hause hat auch sein Schwager Paul Suffner eine Wohnung erhalten, der bereits im September mit seiner Familie in die DDR übergesiedelt ist. In den VEB Kalk- Zement- und Betonwerken in Rüdersdorf gehen jetzt beide wieder in ihren alten Berufen einer friedlichen Tätigkeit nach. Erwin Gast arbeitet als Bergmann unter Tage, während Paul Suffner als Baggerschlosser tätig ist. (Näheres siehe ADN-Meldung Nr. 358 v. 26.12.56).
