Am 13. September 1956 fand im Gebäude der Volkskammer eine Pressekonferenz des Haushalts-, Finanz- und Rechtsausschusses über die Entwürfe zu den Gesetzen über die Rechte und Pflichten der Volkskammer gegenüber den örtlichen Volksvertretungen und über die örtlichen Organe der Staatsmacht statt.
