For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Aufforstung ZB-Wittig-13.8.1956 Aufforstungsarbeiten am Rennweg. Dem Holzeinschlag in unsen Forsten muß eine planmässige Aufforstung folgen. Voraussetzung für eine gute Aufforstung mit hohem Anwuchsprozent ist eine fachmännische Pflanzennachzucht. Der Staatliche Forstwirtschaftsbetrieb Neuhaus am Rennweg hat in den letzten Jahren durch große Kampanlagen die Voraussetzung für eine gesicherte, betriebseigene Pflanzennachzucht geschaffen. UBz: Im Revier Nassrberg ist ein Halbschattenkamp angelegt worden. Hier werden Tannen, Buchen und Doeglasien aus eigenen, anrkannten Beständen, sowie aus hochwertigen aus Polen, Österreich und Westdeutschland eingeführtem Saatgut gezogen. Die Brigade Müller beim Düngen und Jäten diesjähriger Tannensaat im Halbschattenkamp.
