For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Volksgut Berlin-Biesdorf, Arbeitspause auf dem Feld Zentralbild Krueger 3 Mot.-15.7.1955 Vorwärts im "Wilhelm Pieck"-Aufgebot-Die Initiative der Berliner Reifenwerker, zu Ehren des 80. Geburtstages des Präsidenten Wilhelm Pieck durch ein "Wilhelm-Pieck-Aufgebot" den Volkswirtschaftsplan 1955 vorfristig zu erfüllen, fand bei den Landarbeitern des Volksgutes Berlin-Biesdorf große Zustimmung. Die Kollegen der Gemüsebaubrigaden forderten alle Brigaden des Betriebes zum sozialistischen Wettbewerb auf.
