For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Radeburg, Getreideernte mit Mähdrescher Zentralbild Höhne-Pohl 2 Mot. 9.8.54. Die ersten Lagermähvorrichtungen aus der CSR sind eingetroffen. Ein überzeugendes Beispiel freundschaftlicher Zusammenarbeit gaben uns Werktätige der Tschechoslowakischen Republik. Sie stellten uns vorerst 25 neukonstruierte Lagermähvorrichtungen für Mähdrescher zur Verfügung, mit denen stark lagerndes Getreide abgeerntet werden kann, ohne daß die Ähren vorher abgeschnitten werden müssen. Das Getreide wird erfaßt, durchgekämmt, unmittelbar mit dem Messer hochgehoben und geschnitten. Der Ährenheber ist dabei nicht erforderlich. UBz: In der MTS Radeburg, Bez. Dresden wurden die tschechoslowakischen Lagermähvorrichtungen sofort an die Mähdrescher montiert. Die Kombinefahrer Anders und Schubert bei der Erte mit der neuen Lagermähvorrichtung.
